BENTEC 3500 Drilling Tower-Multiple Oil Field Locations in Serbia

Assembly, disassembly and transport of several BENTEC 3500 drilling towers were successfully performed at multiple oil field locations across Serbia.
Key challenges:

Handling tall and heavy modular tower sections in remote oil field sites with limited access roads and variable ground conditions
Safe disassembly and re-assembly under time pressure during rig moves
Precise transport and positioning of oversized components in rural and sometimes rough terrain
Strict safety requirements in active oil field environments with potential hazards (flammable gases, uneven ground)

Equipment used:

Mobile and crawler cranes with capacities ranging from 40 t to 500 t (88,000 lb to 1,102,000 lb)
Wide range of heavy transport means: low-bed trailers, and extendable trailers for long and heavy tower sections
Custom rigging configurations, spreader beams, lifting lugs and tagline/tailing systems for controlled lifting and placement

All operations were executed safely and on schedule across several rig moves, with zero incidents and full compliance with oil field safety and operational standards.
