Route 6 Highway – Kosovo (Bechtel Enka Subcontract)

I successfully handled the transport and precise on-site installation of bridge girders weighing between 77,000 lb and 275,000 lb (35 t to 125 t) as a subcontractor for Bechtel Enka JV on the Route 6 highway development project in Kosovo.
Key challenges included demanding terrain, tight site access, coordination with multiple subcontractors, and strict adherence to safety and schedule requirements in a high-risk infrastructure environment.
Equipment used:

Heavy crawler and mobile cranes with capacities ranging from 200 t to 500 t
Specialized heavy transport equipment ( low-bed trailers, dolly trailer , heavy tractors) for safe and efficient girder movement and placement

All operations were executed safely with zero incidents, ensuring full compliance with project specifications and international safety standards.
