Lifting operations were coordinated and executed with a fleet of 12 cranes during the full-scale modernization and expansion of the Pancevo refinery in Serbia. The project involved installation and upgrades of heavy equipment in a live operational facility.

Coordination of multiple cranes in a confined refinery environment with live production
Precise lifts of oversized vessels, columns and structural components under tight tolerances
Strict zero-incident safety requirements in a high-hazard petrochemical setting
Minimal disruption to ongoing refinery operations
Award: CB&I Top Subcontractor recognition for achieving 3 million safety hours without lost-time incidents on this project.
Equipment used:
Fleet of 12 cranes with capacities ranging from 66,000 lb to 1,102,000 lb (30 t to 500 t)
Mobile and crawler configurations for various lift heights and radii
Custom rigging, spreader beams and tailing systems for load control and stability
All lifting operations were completed safely and on schedule, with zero lost-time incidents and full compliance with project safety and quality standards.
